Later, the coffee was placed inside Grainpro bags for 50 hours maintaining a temperature below 22oC and then CO2 was added. Finally, the coffee was pulped, gently washed, and placed on raised beds until the ideal moisture content was achieved. This microlot is 100% Yellow Bourbon.
